All shipments are made via USPS First Class Mail unless you select Priority Mail during checkout. Delivery confirmation is included with every order at no additional cost.

Because of health and safety concerns, we regret that we cannot offer returns/exchanges. If your item is damaged during shipping, please start a convo or send me a message (including photos of the damage will speed the process!) within 7 days of receipt so that I can initiate a postal insurance claim and subsequent replacement of that item.

Apothescary Scents products are free from preservatives and should be stored in a cool dark location. Shelf-life for all of our products is up to one year under ideal storage conditions, unless otherwise indicated in the product's individual listing. Apothescary Scents is not responsible for any exposure to heat or other elements which decrease the product's shelf-life, including those that occur during shipping or are the result of improper storage.
